TMR Creative|Collective is a creativity-driven community project which focuses on regenerating abandoned city landscapes into 2nd homes for the new cosmopolitan nomads. Our future-proofing third space consists of co-working iteration hub, holographic showroom and knowledge exchange centre for everyone from everywhere at any time. 

It believes that “Creativity is the medium that sparks a connection between one and another”. The programmes designed in the space allow physical interaction between the international creatives, the local community and nature. Building a borderless sense of belonging and cultivating new cultures which foster stronger future communities within the global networks.

Seeking to address the profound impact of the shifting community relationships causing social disconnection with the surroundings and people in urban spaces. Fostered the trend for collective well-being and international bonding. Promoting a future ecosystem characterized by kindness and compassionate energy with a shared awareness among all stakeholders.  This initiative advocates for a cultural shift away from capitalist ideologies, focusing on community betterment and emphasizing the importance of a collective approach to shaping the future urban landscape.
